Picacho Pecan Pecan Pie Brown Ale goes back on tap this Thursday while 4 packs of 16 oz cans will go back on sale Saturday at 9 AM.
This brew is always a fan favorite so we decided to brew multiple batches this year. We use Arizona grown Green Valley Pecan Company pecans in this Northern English Brown Ale. This region is one of the top pecan producing areas in the world. On top of the AZ pecans, we used Sonora White Wheat (Hayden Flour Mills), vanilla beans and maple syrup plus we threw house made vegan pecan pies in the mash (this photo was taken moments before this pie went into the mash)
